D Wireless is a locally owned device repair shop with two retail locations in Toronto — The Beaches and Danforth & Pharmacy. Walk-ins welcome at both. Most common repairs (screen replacement, battery service, charging port) are completed same-day.

Most common repairs — screen replacement, battery service, charging port, back glass replacement — are completed the same day, often within a few hours. More involved jobs like motherboard work, water damage recovery, or data recovery can take 1–3 business days. We confirm the timeline in your written quote before any work starts.

Our 30-day warranty covers parts and labour on the specific repair we performed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days under normal use, we make it right at no extra charge.
The warranty does not cover physical damage caused after the repair (drops, water exposure, third-party screen protectors that crack the new screen, etc.) or unrelated issues.
We use a mix of genuine OEM and high-grade aftermarket parts depending on availability and your budget. We tell you which type goes into your device before we start, so you can make an informed choice. Both options carry the same 30-day repair warranty.
Sometimes — it depends on what's actually broken. If the issue is a damaged screen, dead battery, or faulty charging port, your data is intact and we can usually get the device back online so you can back it up. If the storage chip itself is damaged, recovery becomes much harder and may require specialist board-level work.

Yes. Water damage is unpredictable — outcomes range from "fully recovered with a cleaning" to "logic board is gone." We open the device, ultrasonic-clean the board, replace any obviously corroded components, and report back with what's needed. The diagnostic is free; you only pay if you approve the repair.
Tip: if your device just got wet, power it off, do not plug it in, and bring it in as soon as possible. Time matters.
We duplicate most common condo, apartment, and office RFID fobs and access cards (125 kHz and 13.56 MHz / MIFARE families). Same-day service available at both locations. Bring the original — we copy it on the spot in most cases.
Some buildings use encrypted or rolling-code fobs that cannot be cloned legally; we'll tell you upfront if yours falls into that category.
